Becky & Gregg

June has been full of truly memorable weddings. Becky & Greg were no exception. They met while attending a Park Tudor event with friends and during the course of their conversation they ignored everyone else for the rest of the evening.

Their ceremony and reception were really a celebration of their two families, and all their friends. Both already had children, and it was amazing to see how supportive and loving they were all together.

Laura Huckleberry and Woodland Country Club in Carmel, hosted the whole event.

Becky’s mother was truly a kick all day. It was a great gift to have her there as she just suffered a heart attack last fall. Here she is seeing Becky in her dress.

The adults were probably doing really boring stuff at the reception, but all the kids were having a blast at the pool!

Well, at least Jean, and Gregg’s dad, Chet, were having a good time!

Stephanie & Matt

We were out near Clayton/Danville, Indiana at the end of May for Stephanie & Matt’s wedding.  The kids were really excited…OK the twin girls were really excited about being in the wedding, and they did a wonderful job.  They even stayed on stage the whole time!

Here are the twins, and the ringbearer getting ready.

I really like the anticipation of getting ready because the emotion is so high.  These pictures of Matt & Stephanie preparing are my favorites from the day.  The light in Matt’s room was fantastic.

I love quirky shots with lots of people because there’s so much to see.  Linda took this while waiting for the ceremony to begin.  What are they thinking?

Thank you to the lady who let us into the Danville court house even though it was closed!  You know who you are.

Laurie & Matt

I can’t believe it’s June already!  I’ve still got a couple of May weddings to post and Laurie & Matt can be first.

These two were really laid back, but maybe a little nervous about being the center(s) of attention all day.  I think Laurie is kind of shy, but she was having a blast after all was said and done!  Matt was all about how Laurie was feeling and making sure everything went great - and it did!  Thank you both!!
The Indiana Historical Society was a beautiful location for the whole day.

G. Thrapp Jewelers created the rings and also provided Laurie’s other accessories.

I thought Laurie’s hair was just amazing - really simple, but gorgeous.  Who needs a veil!
