Just found out the wedding site db is down.  Not sure how long it’s been this way but we’re working on getting it fixed soon.

UPDATE:  After a few calls to tech support we’re back up!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I’ll be out of pocket for a while for some rest and family time.  I’ll be responding to any contacts on July 26th.

Welcome to the new blog!! All the posts from the old blog should be incorporated (gotta love WordPress!) and I’ve added some new features to make the place more homey.

The big change is the location, I’ve moved the blog to a separate server and it’s own DNS domain. We had a couple outages at our other web hosting service over the last 6 months. Being an old IT guy, it only made sense to take all my eggs out of the same proverbial basket. The new service is with a different company, and even in a different part of the country, so if the main site(s) AND the blog are all down, then we’ve got other issues to worry about.

So be sure to update your feed readers to the new location, bookmark it in Firefox (you are using Firefox aren’t you?), and let the blogging begin!!!
